当社が実施する火災安全教育・訓練
TIMSグループの火災安全管理のさらなる強化、従業員の火災安全意識の向上、火災緊急対応・緊急避難能力の向上を図るため、7月末に火災安全訓練を実施しました。
防火訓練は、理論訓練と実操の2つの部分に分かれていました。理論研修では、火災の重大な危険性や、火災発生時の正しい避難方法や消火方法など、実際の事例を通して重要なポイントが説明されました。その後、現場での実戦に取り組み、消防設備の使用や操作手順、事故現場の緊急時対応などを実務体験しました。
この訓練により、全員が火災安全の知識を学び、消火方法を習得することができただけでなく、安全意識をさらに高めました。朱海暁会長は今回の消防訓練に関して厳しい要求を提唱し、火災安全訓練を真剣に受け止め、関連する安全知識を覚え、緊急事態への対応能力と自己防衛・自己救助能力を向上させる必要性を強調した。
